Happy New Year!

Hi loves! I don’t know if you’ve seen the movie New Year’s Eve (if you don’t I advise you to do it because it’s worth it), but when the ball gets stuck in Times Square, Claire Morgan makes a speech that resumes (and well) the significance about the beginning of a new year.

In every New Year’s Eve I read to myself that speech. I quote:

“As you all can see the ball has stopped half way to its porch. It’s suspended there to remind us before we pop the champagne and celebrate the New Year, to stop and reflect on the year that has gone by. To remember both our triumphs and our missteps, our promises made and broken. The times we opened ourselves up to great adventures or close our self down for fear of getting hurt. Cause that’s what New Year’s is all about, getting another chance. The chance to forgive, to do better, to do more, to give more, to love more. And stop worrying about what if and start embracing what will be. So when that ball drops at midnight, and it will drop, let’s remember to be nice to each other, kind to each other. And not just tonight, but all year long. Thank you.”

I hope that it inspired and motivated you as it inspired me since 2011.

Happy New Year gorgeous!

Hi loves!

Passo a citar:

Bom ano meus amores!

New Year’s Eve. What to wear?

Happy New Year 2016

Another year ends and another begins. But before we stop to reflect on the past and realize what we can improve in 2016, we must stop to choose what to wear! Continue reading “New Year’s Eve. What to wear?”

Stone Age

I never expected to live in a village. Perhaps because villages are usually small, with a retrograde way of seeing things, you always see the same people, always go to the same places. All becomes too monotonous and repetitive. Continue reading “Stone Age”

Christmas isn’t a season. It’s a feeling!

Every Christmas is magical, but this year it was special. Besides being the first Shivas’s Christmas, it was our first Christmas as a family and there is no better gift than being able to spend the day with those we love the most!

Yesterday I showed you what I wore on Christmas day, today I’ll share with you what my little princesses wore that day. Continue reading “Christmas isn’t a season. It’s a feeling!”
